Terms and Conditions

Session appointments are binding.

Appointments during the week can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee, and cancellations later than this or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Weekend workshop appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 1 week before the appointment. After that, the full fee will be charged.
