Trained as a fully qualified lawyer and shaped by my love for music, I first explored cultural management after completing my second state examination in law.

Over more than 10 years in management, I became familiar with business operations, leadership responsibilities, and their challenges.

Recurring exhaustion led me to reevaluate my path and discover what is not just a career, but a true calling for me: life coaching.

I trained at the Dr. Bock Coaching Academy, following the guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I honed my skills in professional, methodical communication and earned certifications as a Life Coach and Team Coach.

Thousands of 1:1 coaching sessions with hundreds of clients worldwide, covering a wide range of topics, have confirmed over the past 10 years what I felt in the first module of my life coach training: this is where I belong.

In coaching, I can apply what I have trained in years of intense, professionally guided self-reflection: uncovering and sorting facts and emotions. My analytical thinking is a strong asset here.

My extensive travels and the learning of foreign languages have broadened my perspective on cultures, mentalities, and life models, allowing me to approach clients from all over the world with openness.

Moreover, my sensitivity and empathy in one-on-one coaching are not sources of stress but tools I consciously use, along with my intuition, to perceive how the person sitting across from me thinks and what they need to reconnect with themselves.

It is fulfilling to help others see and walk their unique path – leading them to greater life quality through increased satisfaction, ease, and vitality. The more satisfied people there are, the more peace they can bring into the world.

I am grateful that this profession allows me not only to help others but also to shape my daily life with autonomy and creativity while nurturing my love for my family, the sea and its waves, language and aesthetics, tranquility, and nature.

ChatGPT about me

In response to a request to distill my unique selling point from all my client references:

In summary, it can be said that Katharina König’s USP lies in her empathetic and warm-hearted approach, her effective and structured methodology, her long-term and sustainable support, her broad and flexible range of methods, and her motivating and inspiring impact. These qualities make her an especially valuable and highly recommended coach for personal and professional development.

P.S. And no, all other texts are not written by ChatGPT – I enjoy copywriting myself far too much.
