Organizational Process

  1. In the preliminary session we’ll get to know each other and assess whether there’s a good fit both thematically and personally.
  2. If we decide to work together after this meeting, we’ll schedule a date to begin the coaching process.
  3. You can choose to have one-hour sessions via video call or two-hour sessions in person at my office in Berlin-Pankow. Additionally, I offer three-hour workshops on weekends at this location.
  4. The frequency and intervals of our sessions will depend on the topic and your progress. In any case, you are always free to decide whether and when you’d like to book the next session.
  5. It is also possible to arrange long-term support over the course of a year. In this case, I will be available as a neutral sparring partner on a regular and long-term basis.

Content Process

In a solution-focused, professionally guided conversation on equal footing, we’ll clarify important life questions.

Within the safe space of coaching, you can openly express thoughts that you might otherwise hesitate to even consider. As a neutral discussion partner, I do not judge. I listen and ask questions to understand, not to make my own point.

I will guide you into new ways of thinking, provide impulses for fresh perspectives or actions, help you build self-efficacy, and encourage you to take the next steps. My goal is to help you find your own unique path.

Together, we’ll organize facts and thoughts, your emotions, and your needs. We’ll develop goal-oriented mindsets and actions, and evaluate which ones suit you best, ensuring that implementation actually takes place.
